  • T Mobile offers great "deals" until you get your bill. The people in thier billing department are RETARDS! And good luck getting any competent help after your purchase. T Mobile uses bait and switch billing on their phones and charges. You will pay more than required unless you know what you're supposed to pay. BE AWARE OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. The people at this store might be great but the main company is horible. I've been with them for over 10 years and can't wait to get away. The best people for customer service are in the cancelation department, even they try to help but can't overshadow the incompetent billing!
