  • My Mom's bank. I take her here regularly. I've been inside with my Mom at the tellers and with Letti an advisor. I will spare my Mom's personal details. But I would not use this bank! The tellers treated me terribly when I spoke for my Mom. I explained my Mom is not comfortable dealing with finances and since her husband just passed this is all new to her at age 69. Oh my the rudeness from them. I'm getting worked up recalling this. No compassion. Totally condescending to me. They LOST a large cheque my Mom deposited. This caused much stress on my Mom. She was without those funds for WEEKS while they "tried to figure out" where her money was. She is a senior who just lost her husband. Which they knew. She is depositing death benefits AND THEY LOST HER MONEY. WHO DOES THAT. I could go on and on. Don't worry they did rectify this all. But not with apology or any concern. Nope. Bottom line. I would not trust this branch with my money!
