I was with Banfield for 8 years and was happy. That is until the past 6 months to a year when they either grew beyond their abilities or they simply ran all the vets out. It is impossible to get an appointment in a timely fashion, often taking upwards of 1-2 weeks for an emergency or illness.
The customer service has taken a dive with front desk personnel often threatening to cancel your appointment via voicemail if you don't arrive early, only to have you and your pet wait 30+ minutes beyond your appointment time!
It's no longer convenient and the services suck. The vets and staff are a delight but getting access to them has become harder and harder. I cancelled my wellness plan and had to pay for the remainder of the year for "services rendered", meanwhile I'm once again at the emergency room vet with my sick dog.
Don't fall for it, go elsewhere.
