  • I found a piece of glass in my dessert. The GM apologized and said he'd look into the issue and make it right. He came back and said it was likely plastic from a fruit skewer and that the desserts would be taken off the bill. $14 (~10%) off the final bill - don't do me any favors. And don't tell me it was plastic when I was the one who shattered it in my teeth. Garbage experience and worse recovery.
