  • Came with wife in early December. Checked in really late and still had someone on the front attending. The hotel in located around 30 to 40 minutes away from maccaren airport. We flew in on a late afternoon flight., took the bus terminal car rental shuttle., drove to Walmart along the way and then headed to this nice quainty hotel. The place was clean and had an old school decor. It wasn't dated at all, more like a classic charm. Room had high ceilings. One troublesome thing was the bathroom tub. The bathroom tub had a dirty looking plastic map to prevent falling once inside. What made our worst was that the drainage was not that great in the tub. So there was some water build up during our showering session. The hotel provides all guests with complimentary breakfast at the restaurant inside. The breakfast was fantastic and offered classic dishes like biscuits and gravy and an assortment of meats worth pancakes/waffles. Be advised that the complimentary breakfast is a special limited menu. ---- still good though. All in all. The hotel had charming decor, good food, and convenient location.
