UPDATE: Eric the manager from our area contacted me and credited me. He also assured me there will be no more issues with my deliveries. Pretty much if you have issues contact customer service and have them have the people who actually service your area try to help you because customer service is rude and useless. Eric was amazing and heard out my concerns and addressed them so for that I'm happy.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I never had any issues with my deliveries in California. Ever since I moved to Arizona there has been constant changes with my delivery profile WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Management doesn't care. They won't take the steps the make it right. Every single month its a new issue. Cancelled my service I've had for 3 years and won't be looking back. I suggest you look elsewhere. Going to be filing a complaint with Costco as well. They should not be offering this terrible company to their customers
