  • Avoid dealing with this guy(Russ or Ross I forgot, guy mumbled when he was stating his name) in the PARTS department. Stupid, unprofessional and clueless! Like how the hell did you land a job here? No offense but this man sounded senile and was playing dumb with me the whole time while we were on the phone. He refused to help me look into things and sent me to go shopping on "tesla.com" when I was inquiring about an adapter. Then he found out he had them in stock after telling me he didn't. He refused to even show compassion when I told him my adapter went missing last night and he literally asked me"anything else?" Several times after he made multiple mistakes when answering me on stock, delivery etc. I hung up the phone on him and I never do that. What a D bag. Tesla please go hire the right people.
