  • Came here today to get my nails done since my usual place (Nailtique) was booked solid. they were pleasant when I booked the appointment and when I arrived. Appointment was for 130pm ands was seated right away but didn't get to me until almost 40 minutes later. The form that helped me Katie was great with detail and making sure things were done precisely but in the middle of doing my nails she got up and disappeared for 10 minutes to wax another customers eyebrows! Didn't even ask if I minded. Just took off. Then after she put the last coat on and my hands were under the lamp, she disappeared again! Once the light was of, I took my hands out and waited for about 5 minutes and no sign of her coming back. No one knew if I was done or what I had done. The young girl at the front had to run back to ask her what I got then came out and gave me my total. Horrible service all in all, definitely would not come back. Although the price for my full set of acrylics with gel overlay was decently priced ($30), the prices they have for fills and shellacs is outrageous. I overheard them tell a customer bio gel refill is $35, one color shellac is $10 and 2nd color (for one finger per hand) is an extra $5!! I would not have paid nearly that much at my usual place.
