This place has nice enough staff but the ratio of dogs to supervisors is not good. I wanted to give them a chance to alleviate my fears so I came back a few times against my better judgment. Employees are not observant. My dog came out with a gash on his nose that was bleeding and nobody had noticed. I understand that accidents happen in play groups. But the fact that they didn't notice is inexcusable. When I pointed it out to the girl at the desk and asked for a first aid wipe, she rolled her eyes and then brought me a dry paper towel. We will never return and have found a much safer, cleaner daycare by the airport.
