  • Searching for a vegan restaurant in Madison shouldn't have been such a challenge. (Yelp, you need to step up your game.) Calling a friend in California who grew up in Madison resulted in a recommendation from his sister who still lives here. I'd hoped to find something close to my hotel (The Edgewater), and while the Green Owl wasn't in walking distance on this snowy, windy Spring evening, the short drive was well worth the effort. I'll be back.
