I've been to Pro Bass several times over the years. Great place to explore gear and get your hands on stuff. I rarely buy here though because I feel the prices are a bit high. I think that's because you're paying for the experience of the place. Just the other day I found myself wanting a pair of binoculars. Did the research online, Amazon - YouTube etc and narrowed it down to a few options. I hit Pro Bass Shops expecting to get my hands on the couple pairs I had narrowed my search to. Scott helped me by answering all my questions, pulling out not only the ones I had narrowed my search to, but some additional options. He didn't rush me at all or try to sell me on some $1000 pair of glasses that I just don't need or want. I ended up buying a pair of Vortex Diamondback binoculars. The price was only a few dollars more than Amazon. Why'd I buy? The customer service. Scott held a conversation with me, treated me like a human being not a bot and let me take me time. That to me deserves my $$.
