  • If you want good customer service , don't shop at Oceans store on 4557 hurontario St in Mississauga. They hurt my feelings TWO TIMES. First time, the guy at the fish section YELLED TOO LOUD AT ME. Another time I spent almost 200 dollars so I ask the cashier for the kind of free newspaper and she said she didn't have it , but gave me a different newspaper. Then I figured out that another cashier might have the newspaper that I wanted, so I asked her for one and she gave me it right away. The cashier that said she didn't have the newspaper I wanted ran over and grabbed the newspaper away from my hand and she didn't say anything or an apology about that. Her action was SO IMPOLITE... everyone look at me ... I felt embarrassed and hurt that newspaper is free and they always give them to customers . I think that is the way they treat customers in China, but... NOT in Canada. They shouldn't treat customers who bring their money to them like that ... WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN
