  • Apparently the remodel did not improve the customer service. While shopping for numerous items, I was surprised that the teenagers having inappropriate conversations and playing around in the frame aisle were actually employees, and that it was impossible for the associate working in customer service to make eye contact or have a conversation with the customer instead of another employee, and that not a single associate stopped to see if I needed help finding anything as it was quite obvious I could not find what I was looking for. Beautiful new store, it's unfortunate that the employees will tarnish it before most will have a chance to enjoy the newness.
