  • Buyer Beware. Home Depot talks a great game, but poor communication cost me more than the potential savings and convenience. In their washer and dryer ad, they mentioned "free delivery and hauling". They sub to a third party and that company wouldn't uninstall my old washer, claiming insurance issues. They then informed me that I needed new valves after I had waited for them for 5 days. I could have had the valves looked at if Home Depot put that on the check list. All in all, very bad experience. Learn from my mistakes.
