I walked by their stall at the Phoenix Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning, and I couldn't help but give into temptation. Every baked good on display looked amazing. The woman at the table recommended the milk chocolate croissant, and I wasn't about to argue. I took it back to my hotel room to enjoy. This croissant was the best I have had in years. Grocery store or mass-produced croissants tend to be heavy; this croissant was light in my hand and in my belly. The pastry had a multitude of buttery, flaky layers, and there was just enough milk chocolate inside to balance. Absolute perfection. I would love to try more of their pastries, though this croissant would certainly tempt me again.
