  • This is a review of my attempt to do business with Think Green. Originally, they were quick to respond. The individual I spoke to was professional and courteous. We talked about what I was looking for and I was very specific about the products I wanted used in my irrigation system (specifically, water efficient products made by Hunter). The rep that came to my house was also timely, professional and courteous. I reiterated my specific requirements about the products to be used. I had a general quote the next day. After having several companies out, I was ready to go with Think Green, but I did not have a line item quote from them. I requested that and it came back without the products I requested. I asked if the products they were quoting were comparable to the Hunter products and never received a response. So I went with a competitor. Nice people. Lack of attention to detail and unresponsive in the end.
