  • Not impressed! Went in with full intention of purchasing apple iwatch. In fact, I did purchase. I wanted to make sure what they said 'would work, should work, would probably work' with a specific app - DIDN'T. Every single person working was either on their own personal devices and seemingly too distracted to be bothered with any kind of dialogue with a real, paying customer OR Kidding and joking around with each other without any regard to customer need. Two sales people in the Samsung area were quite helpful and tried everything to see if my need could work with one of their devices. They deserve 4 stars - if would have worked, would be 5 stars. Plus want apple product, not a Samsung. Geek squad person was nice but not educated to the device. She kept asking others for help, they were too bothered from kidding around to be helpful to me or her. Finally, when she started reading materials and googling how to load the app I was particularly interested in ... I canceled my purchase. Very disappointing. No wonder Amazon is so popular!
