  • OMG! Do not buy a house from this company, especially in the Oasis at Canyon Trails development in Goodyear, AZ. Total ripoff as a mostly unskilled and low-paid labor force built my house. Pulte accepts no responsibility for the substandard work their contractors provide. No oversight of build by Field Manager, Area Service Rep, Construction Manager, you name it. No accountability, no supervision, no responsibility. Contractors damaged items during install and/or installed items/materials already damaged. Slammed my house in towards the end of build at end of year in a overall build time of just 4.5 months!
