  • Was very pleased with my recent stay here. The lobby is tranquil and almost made me feel like I was under the sea - really wished I could've hung out there with a drink! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were staying there for my bachelorette party and they asked us how our pre-party dinner was when we returned to the hotel and offered their shuttle to take us to the bars. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a separate area with a couch, desk, refrigerator - was the perfect area for us to have some snacks and drinks before going out. If I were staying for a business trip, I would appreciate this area to relax and hang out in because it makes the place feel more homey. Beds were comfortable and big. I did not hear the train noise that other reviewers have talked of, maybe it was the location of our room (or that i had quite a few adult beverages before bedtime ha ha!). I would definitely recommend the hotel to those visiting Pittsburgh. They also have a free continental breakfast.
