  • I had my hair cut by Nana the second time this year and I absolutely love her style. I feel like she is capable of making my hairstyle look more mature than other Japanese stylists whom I ever had, with a reasonable price. She listens and magically grants all my wishes that I ask her to do. Make sure you tell her specifically what you want (where you want the hair part, whether you tie up your hair, how long you want the bangs, layers' lengths, how much effort your up for putting into your hair, etc.) and I don't think you can go wrong. She is very friendly :) The best part is that my hair grew out very nicely for over 4 months! until my hair got heavy and lost its shape. Although I do agree with the previous posters that somehow my hair felt frizzy the first time I got my hair cut by her (I'm not sure what it was but it did go away immediately), but I did not feel it the second time I got it cut by her last week! I am very satisfied with both my experiences. Her name disappeared from the Kamiya website, which gave me a mini panic attack, but thankfully, she is still working! Hope she never leaves!!
