  • Used side. They gave me a crap trade in value on my car. And the "manager" James was really cocky and lied to my face, well kinda my face he looked to the sky and sucked his tooth every time he talked me like he was gods gift to the used car world! Little do they know. I know my stuff. The other guy was walking around with a smoke in his ear. No too professional if you ask me. They blasted all their competition. And was told they are the best appraisers in the city. "Check the paper hanging on the wall" Not very helpful. Also went back cause I saw the truck still there that was "sold" talked to another guy. Said he'd call me back sat around for 30 mins nothing so I went there. I was ing noted by buddy said he was on a business phone call. I overheard them on speaker phone talking about how to unload crappy cars after 60+ days on the lot. Anyways saw James walk in and a left. No one bothered to call me back. Slacker bums there. STAY AWAY. Try canyon creek. They're greeeeeeeeaaaaaat!!!!
