  • This spa has an arrogant, dictator running the men's spa. The pervert came into my shower room and continued to stare me up and down in a creepy unwelcoming way. When I asked for a complaint form the little guy that manages the Spa says there isn't anything wrong with it and won't recognize my complaint. Why does The Palazzo allow these guys to get away with whatever creepy inappropriate behavior. I sure hope someone sues these guys.
