  • The food was the usual Ruby Tuesdays fare but the service was ssssslllloooowwww. There seemed to be an issue with one waitress in particular and it had a ripple effect to other patrons. Sad to say but good food with poor service is a bad experience. When we finally got a waitress assigned she was pleasant and efficient. I'll still vist Ruby Tuesdays but probably not this location.
