I have been here twice; the first time, I got the Coq au Vin. Not only was the meat cooked perfectly, but the sauces were unique and spectacular. I was literally at a loss for words for how good this was. The second time, I got a duck dish where the dark meat was cooked to a *perfectly* juicy well-doneness, the skin was crispy, and the white meat was cooked to a medium, which is something I'm not used to with poultry but was absolutely delicious in this preparation. Again, the sauces!! Blew my mind. My boyfriend has had the steak here and said it's the best steak he has ever had in Pittsburgh.
Anytime we are looking for a sure-thing delicious fancy dinner and willing to pay for it, Cure is the go-to!
