  • Run as fast as possible away from these guys. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. These guys are not professional at all. They delayed my refinance till the rate lock period ran out for no fault of mine. Each and every time when I called their response was "the underwriter is busy. We will get back to you". After the rate lock period expires they set the rules of the game. In my case they increased my rate and the closing costs without even getting my consent. I had to call and cancel the entire loan. What a waste of time and money ($350 for appraisal). Stay away from them especially if you are buying a home or you are likely to be disappointed.
