  • i was there to see mariah carey on may 13th 2015 and picked up my tickets at 6:30pm and was waiting for my mother to arrive as this was her mothers day gift from me and she recently broke her arm a few weeks ago and was so excited to see the show but as we were in line and ready to enter the venue the box office hands us a paper saying that the show was canceled by the artist and that they are going to refund the show tickets back to my credit card, my mom has been looking forward to seeing this for over a month and they tell us last minute, that is f*** up my mom was so upset that she never wants to come back to caesars, i called to speak with the manager at the box office who was very rude and did not want to help in any way and said that its not his responsibility that the artist canceled, but we can get you discounted tickets to britney for tonight, i said if i wanted to see her i would have bought britney tickets not mariah. and then he was rude again and said sorry but we cant help you. i will never stay or recommend your hotel for any thing ever again. thanks again for ruining my mother day for my mom.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
