  • I recently had a broken tooth issue. A good friend from work recommended Western Dental. I went to the location nearest to me and boy was I surprised. The customer service I experienced was stellar!!! From the patient care coordinator, (Laura), the office manager (Alicia), the dental assistant (Jocelynn) and down to my wonderful doctor, Dr. Kuch (pronounced cook) were all fabulous. These days you are lucky if you have one person treat properly in a business but to have four!!! Not only did they help me with the unbearable pain of my broken tooth, they did so with compassion, empathy, pride and more!!! I cannot and will not go to any other dentist other then Dr. Kuch and his staff!! I would trust them with my amazing children's teeth and if I trust someone with anything to do with my kids...that says volumes!!! Thank you Western Dental!!!!
