This is a follow up to my previous review of Kings. I just had another repair company come out to service my dryer. They charged $90 as opposed to the $125 Kings charged. They opened the filter and showed me how to clean it out. Kings never even opened the filter, even though the filter light was the light on the machine when it stopped working. And finally, the other service company offered a 90 day warranty on their work. If something was still broken within 90 days they would come back for no charge. Kings wanted another $125 to come out THE NEXT DAY when what they were called to fix wasn't fixed the first time. Can you spell racket?!
