  • I so much wanted to like this place because we live close by and have small children in the family, so finding a good place with fresh food is sometimes difficult. Chronic has good food, but the service is very bad. With a largish family it takes about 45 minutes to get your food. Everyone's food comes out at different times, and not once did we get our whole order. After 3 visits we have given up. The temperature inside the store is also freezing. Not good for small toddlers and an infant. Had to take the kids outside to warm up during long disorganized waits.
