  • So many cool things! Craving that candy you tried across the pond? They've got it. Want a soda that hasn't been popular in 70 years? Bam! Here's a six-pack of it. Looking for a uniquely-scented bar soap to give as a gift to that person you don't really know that well but are too old to go the Bath & Body Works route? Sniff away! You're going to fall in love with a lot of items here, but beware: some of them are ridiculously expensive, and even if they aren't, bargain-basement prices aren't enough to motivate me to stand in line for thirty minutes. In my experiences, often around the holidays, to be fair, I have had to wait in line a minimum of ten minutes. I don't know if I just have a knack for picking the worst days and times or what, but on more than one occasion I've abandoned my purchases because I just can't stand in line any longer. Usually there's only one or two registers open, and the transactions tend to be lengthy. If someone is in need of extra service beyond checking out (a price check, a replacement, etc.), plan to double the time you've already been in line. If all I have are a couple of $1 hot cocoa packs, chances are that I'm going to set them down and peace out.
