  • I have been coming to this location for about two years now. I set an appointment like I always do with my favorite nail tech Nick. I called to set it up and I was good to go, right? Wrong I walked in and not only did the receptionist lied, he no longer works there. I try my best to work with the colors they provide because their options are slim. Nick always came up with colors for me and make sure I don't always use the same basic colors that I always do. I was truly upset, but I decided to Give them another try and used a new nail tech, which did an amazing job on my nails and made sure I left happy! But wait there is more when is time to get my nails done again she was booked, understandable so the OWNER told me to go with another nail tech Connie "she is really good." So I did. I brought in a simple but cool design I wanted and she said she can't do that, so I was left going back to my basic color. She didn't even try to make sure I leave happy or even try to makeup a design but "She is really good." I left unhappy with a simple color. I will never come back which is unfortunate, felt like this place fell apart and lost some awesome people in the process. So now I have to find another home for someone to do my nails. It's unfortunate they lost a loyal customer!
