I have been here many times. It is awesome when you find a place next to where you live. It makes it so much more convenient. I have seen Jack's place and attitude decline over the past year or so. I try and maybe it is because I don't make an appt, but there is no excuse for poor customer service. The last time I went in I s ore that I would never return. I have always been told to NOT pick off gel polish. I had her soak it off only to have her drill my nails down to paper thin. It has been 3 weeks and they still look awful. I have also noticed that they have a high turn over lately.
Today I again decided to go in because it is so close to home, and I was disappointed. I was there for a wax, mani and pedi. The staff member that does the facials (has been there for quite awhile) did my wax and was pleasant. She put me in a pedicure spa chair after the wax and I waited and waited. 20 minutes went by and no one had come to do my pedicure. I wiped off my feet and told jack that I couldn't wait any longer. His response was he didn't know that I was waiting and to make and appt next time. He also said "I didn't do it. She did it" (indicating that the technician that does waxing made the mistake). While he was right that the wax technician did make an error in failing to ask me if I minded waiting at least 20 minutes for someone to do my pedicure, what an unprofessional attitude. They looked at me like I was crazy. I have given them way to many chances. No more. Worth it to drive a little bit down the road and skip them!
