  • The BBQ here is pretty good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Considering I am not from this area this means that Carolina style BBQ is not the first option for me. I look for a pit cooked pulled pork bbq that has been basten in water, vinegar and spices for extended periods and then top it off with a thick bbq sauce with a slight mustard hit to it.
