  • Let me preface by saying I love Panera food! It's literally in my Top 5 places for quick, healthy, options. However, today was a mess at this location. Their location is in a prime spot and always very busy. I come in on a Saturday afternoon a little before 2pm. The line was short only about 2 people in front of me. However the person at the register had multiple questions. Now by this time I had at least 2 new people behind me. The poor lady at the register was by herself. Why was that when I finally got to the register she actually got some help. I love Panera Bread and normally service is good. But i would to go to other Charlotte locations for better service.
