Please don't have a new client offer and consult if you are not accepting in new clients.
Also don't give us the option of booking online then call and say it's a request for an appointment.
Seriously a flawed system without respect for someone like me who works 50-60 hours a week. If I tried to book an appointment for that day it's probably because I would be free that day. Please don't call and we can see you 3 weeks from now? Then also say it's corporate who does this? Maybe your corporate offices should align with your stores..
Save yourself the trouble. Really.
