  • This was probably one of the BEST car rental experiences I've ever had. Let me preface this by saying, there was a HUGE weather delay that caused literally every flight to arrive at the same time. When I was in line for the shuttle I was afraid it was going to take 2 hours of my life getting a car. This Enterprise alleviated my fears as soon as I walked into the car rental office. PROS: -Quick, efficient service. Give you license, a credit card, and out you go to get your car, which takes about 5 minutes -Kiosks are available if a line forms. You can use the kiosk if your license is from out of state, with the exception of Illinois for whatever reason -Bottled water while you wait for your associate -Wesley hooked me up with a Camaro. He was friendly, cool, easy, and quick. He got me in and out of there so quickly, I was blown away. The car itself was clean and well maintained. It was nice to sample a Camaro for my trip. -Returning your car was even faster and easier. They make sure the car is still in the same condition you got it in, checked the odometer, and you're all set with a printed and e-mailed receipt. It took no more than 5 minutes to get back on my way to the terminal shuttle -No fuss and no bullcrap -Friendly, quick, and efficient service through and through: from the front desk to collect your payment and license info, to meeting your associate to get your car, to checking out of the parking garage, to returning your car. -I got the best price for that weekend out of any other car rental agency CONS: The only drawback is all the car rental agencies at PHX are shuttled from the airport and not on site, which kills a bit of time. I highly recommend getting your rental car here. There are no crazy waits, and they are adequately staffed here to meet your needs and demands. Not only that, but they are so courteous and friendly, you would think they were fed homemade cookies and brownies before every shift.
