  • Terrible service.. Don't use them. At first this company seems great. Cheap and adorable. But there was a bunch of hidden fees. They originally told me pack materials were included. When they got to my house and actually picked up the items they charged me for it. For delivery they are suppose to give you a 24 hour notice. They DID NOT! Instead they call me two hours before they were going to be at my house and said if I wasn't there they would charge me per hour or a storage fee. I call the managers at oasis moving and all they said was it is our policy to charge if you aren't there. I explained to them that it is also you policy to give me 24 hour notice which I did NOT receive. All they continued to tell me was lets just deal with the situation at hand and figure out how your going to get home for your furniture. Do NOT use them.. Terrible service.
