  • I now have a useless Casa dining room chair because the foot broke on it. The associate said that they do not have replacement parts, and that I could go to the hardware store. The thing is fitted into a hollow metal tube: it is not something that the hardware store carries. The chair is two weeks out of warranty. Also note that the chair has only been sat on about five times. Cheap furniture, horrible service.
