  • I was so excited to try out this nail salon based off the great reviews, so when I left very unsatisfied I wondered if it was just the nail tech or the salon. I went in for a fill and let the nail tech do his thing, when he was done I gave them a quick look and they seemed fine. Once I got home I was able to take a closer look and I realized several of my nails were crooked, one was really lumpy, and almost all of them didn't match in shape or length. The man who did my nails was very polite when I got them done, so I felt bad calling the salon the next day, but I had a really special event coming up and wanted to ensure they looked nice. I called the salon the next day and very politely explained that a few of them needed to be evened out and if I could come in, they said yes. I got to the salon and you could tell the man who did my nails was VERY unhappy I was back. I am a very respectful person, so I kindly showed him how one was crooked and then put my nails side by side to show they were different shapes and lengths and that I just wanted him to even them out. He kept mumbling to himself and being very rough with my hands. He fixed the one nail that was crooked but didn't seem to think the rest didn't match. The pictures attached are how my nails looked after they were "fixed". I am bummed because I paid $35 for this service, and I will now have to take time out of my busy week to go somewhere else and pay another $35 to get them redone.
