  • Not just for girls! It seems every reviewer for this place is female... I struggled to find a good place to get haircuts in Pittsburgh. I've paid anywhere from $18 at Supercuts for something my untrained girlfriend could have given me, to $55 at Philip Pelusi for something only marginally better. Tula represents the sweet spot in value for guy haircuts, coming in at $25 and providing a much better overall experience than a place like Philip Pelusi. I highly recommend Becky. I've been about five times and she consistently gives me the best haircuts of anyone I've found, Pittsburgh or elsewhere. (and she is pretty interesting and fun to talk to as well!)
