This place is a joke. Everyone I've come in contact with,
except the therapist you have to see initially, is rude and you can tell they hate their job. I was over charged not once but twice and am owed $170 reimbursement. After contacting my insurance they verified that I had been over charged & told me exactly what I owed & what should be refunded. This was in FEBRUARY. It is now JUNE & no one knows what the heck they're doing. I have spoken to everyone in the claims dept. Taylor tells me she's going to look into it & call me back and never does. She's called me back one out of about 35 times that I've called just to say she still doesn't know. My questions are: why is it so complicated to do the right thing? Why lie to a patient who's done her part & tell her that you've issued a check when clearly you have not?
I would highly recommend never going to this place and try to find a Dr who actually cares about their patients & find an organization that actually trains their claims / billing Dept to know what is going on & how to handle a paying customer with respect.
