  • This is a very dishonest store. I bought a dishwasher and installation package. On the day of delivery the salesperson called to inform me that the installers were having technical difficulties and rescheduled for next day. When they finally delivered, the unit was badly damaged and it wasn't even the the unit that we purchased. We asked that the unit not be installed or even taken off the truck. We immediately went to the store for a refund and they still wanted to make excuses but admitted that they tried to fix it. They offered another unit and we refused due to their lack of honesty. We did get our money back but felt that their dishonesty pushed us over the Edge. I will never do business with Sears Outlet in Henderson again. This place is not even worth the one-star rating.
