  • This is NOT a hotel for nonsmokers'. Even though it advertises as Free smoke hotel, it is completely saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke. My husband and I have stayed at other Candlewood hotels because of the clean environment that they offer. We have never experienced what we encountered at this hotel in Pittsburgh. After one night in a room on the 3rd floor, where everything from the walls to the carpet, is saturated with the smell of smoke, we moved to a different room on the 2nd floor. But the smell not as bad as on the 3rd floor, it's still bad. The management of this hotel is advertising something that is not being delivered. Not recommended!
