Due to the manager, we had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. She was very rude and short. We were told our food would be ready in 3 minutes. Ten minutes later we asked her about the hot dogs and she said they're cooking them, rolled her eyes and stepped back into the kitchen area. 20 minutes later she came and nearly tossed the food at my boyfriend and turned away immediately after we said we had more food. She rolled her eyes again and went back and got the rest and we asked for a refund. I told her that the cashier told me it would be a 3 minute wait, and she just kept saying there was nothing she could do about it because they were being cooked. A simple apology would have been enough and we would have gone into our move (late might I add) but she continued to give us this nasty attitude and we asked for a full refund on food and our tickets. She refunded our tickets at the box office where she was explaining what happened to the person up there while she was shaking her head with a mean look on her face. I've been coming to this theater for years and I have never in my life been treated this poorly. I will be telling my friends and family about this terrible experience because I am completely outraged. She never said sorry and continuously rolled her eyes and walked away. What kind of manager does that?
