  • One Star is me being generous. I stepped out agter ordering as they were slammed and came back in after 3 minutes and walked up to the counter to wait. The rude employee named jasmine says "so are you gonna order?" I said no. Just waiting for my drink. Her response well what is it? After telling her she says "well I called you for 10 minutes" she hands me a drink with chocolate in it which I can visibly see its chocolate cause it a dark brown. And mind you I frequently order this drink. Her response is well it is peanut butter of course it's gonna be brown u said no dark chocolate and there's no dark chocolate. I was in awe. I told her I ordered a peanut butter cup with no chocolate so I opened the straw to taste it and couldn't even put the straw in because it wasn't even blended. She storms off shaking her head and tells the other employee something and then comes back grabs it out of my hand and throws it away by slamming it in the trash. Whoever hired this pos needs to fire her NOW. I always have good service at the one by the 215. Never is this acceptable. Corporate will be getting a call from me ASAP
