  • Greyhound is the WORST!!!!!!!!! If I could rate this company a 0 star I absolutely would. Greyhound has absolutely the worst customer service system, the worst bus drivers, my father and I have had the worst experience with this company, it was beyond terrible! I bought my father a bus ticket to get from Idaho to Arizona. His trip was cut short by the bus driver in Las Vegas due to a dispute about the disabled persons seats at the front of the bus. My father requested ahead of time if the bus driver could make sure that he was seated in the front of the bus. The bus driver said sure no problem, but he let my dad know that he had put his bags in these seats and he needs to figure out where to put them. Hold on?! Why in the world would the bus driver be storing his belongings in seats that are set aside for the disabled? My dad was boarded last per instructions to the bus driver and when he got to the seats, the bus driver let a lady who was an able body individual sit in these seats. The woman got upset with my father because he asked if he could sit there. The bus driver threw my dad off the bus! All of the other passengers were on my fathers side that he did no wrong. How can Greyhound treat an individual like this, yet alone a DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN who is also a VETERAN! I spent two and a half hours on the phone lodging a complaint with Greyhound customer service. I was transffered between countless departments and then told that if I contact the Bus station themselves they would be able to get my dad a new ticket, but the Las Vegas Greyhound station did not answer. The customer service agents tried to get them on the phone as well but could not. How in the world can an established company such as Greyhound have such poor customer service? I was instructed that the only way to make the situation easier would be to just purchase another ticket for my father! Why would I want to give your company more money when you did not fufill my fathers trip itinerary in the first place. To conclude Greyhound treated my father terrible, and we will never recommend them to any one. Dis Service to the Disabled and a Dis Service to Veterans. Shame on you Greyhound!!!!
