  • As the rest of the Yelpers mentioned, Tim creates an inviting atmosphere and more importantly, delicious pies! While shopping for dessert for our family dinner, I popped into the Pie Shack to find a smiling Tim behind the counter. It was Saturday afternoon so only a few selections were left. I chose the Apple & Cinnamon pie ($25). Tim gave me all of the instructions for baking at home and even offered to hold the pie for me to pick-up later, if I was running errands in the Beach. The pie was a big hit! I was impressed with how flaky and crispy the crust stayed, and fell in love with the freshness of the apples. It paired perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Looking forward to going back and enjoying another slice!
