  • Update on my review, Jeff called me when he saw my review. He was very apologetic for not quoting me the $65.00 fee, so much so he just dropped off a check to reimburse me. Now that's great customer service!!!! Not only was it a job well done and with quick response, but an honest and concerned business owner! Thank you for the great service!!! My story was just like Chuck's, I came home and closed the garage door and loud bang followed. With such great reviews on YELP I gave them a call, he was here in 20 minutes ready to fix it. It would be 5 stars if the price was what was quoted, I was not told about the $65.00 service call fee. Otherwise, great service with a recommendation that the FULL price should be quoted in the future.
