  • BAKERBOTS ice cream sandwiches are haunting my palate. I know there have been 73 reviews written so really no need for another but since the weather has been so amazingly warm here in Montreal I've been craving a hang in the park with a homemade ice cream sandwich. I sampled lemon ice cream on a ginger cookie and burn toffee on an oatmeal raison and booth were scrumptious. But the one that completely transported me to another plane of culinary existence had to be the dark chocolate sea salt cookie with Earl Grey ice cream - TO DIE FOR! It's always bustling with all walks of life hanging on the benches happily chatting like school kids playing hooky. Take a friend as a whole sandwich for $7 is the perfect treat for two! Until we meet again Bakerbots!
