  • Things started out just fine. Carlos came out and we discussed my irrigation concerns. He recommended that I order a new irrigation control box. I was to call him when it came in and he would come out and install it, show me how to use it, and do some irrigation repairs. The irrigation box came quickly. He never returned my phone calls.
